In January 1979, Terry Bradshaw was the MVP of Superbowl XIII and the Greene Brothers, Marty and I, Rob, started Martin Fence Co. We had grown up working for our Dad in the underground pipe business and fencing used the same two principals, line and grade, only on top of the ground. It was a natural choice.
We have always run our business by imagining ourselves in the shoes of two of our most important business segments, our customers and our employees. We serve our customers as we would like to be served and we treat our employees as we would like to be treated. So far it’s worked out well.
